Crew 114 will be providing training to Troop 786 of Allentown, PA the weekend of March 17-19, 2018. Crew 114 participants will need to complete the following actions:

1. Complete the Activity Consent Form.
2. Complete Parts A & B of the Annual Health and Medical Record Form filled in using the PDF fillable Form available here. Include a photocopy of your insurance card.
3. Paid Activity Fee Online.
4. Pack your Personal Gear, Tent, and Mess Kit.
5. Arrange Transportation
6. 18 Year Olds (Venturing Participants) Take Online Youth Protection Training
